Job Description
BPO Caldwell Zone is seeking a dedicated Hotel Reservation Specialist to join our growing team. We offer a competitive salary up to Php28,00.00/month, HMO with two free beneficiaries from day one, and opportunities for rapid career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems.
- Ensure one-call resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- BPO experience not required.
- High School or ALS Graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Able to multi-task effectively.
