Job Description
Join the Nikkei Group of Restaurants as a Receptionist! You will be the welcoming face and voice of our establishment, responsible for exceptional customer service. We seek a courteous, organized individual with excellent communication skills.
Duties Include:
- Greeting guests and creating a positive first impression.
- Managing phone calls and directing inquiries.
- Maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assisting with appointments and scheduling.
- Handling guest inquiries and office mail.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
- Fluent in English; able to start immediately.
