Job Description
GFL Metro Communities Inc. is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist. This position will be responsible for handling and filtering incoming calls to assist our customer service team effectively.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and directing telephone messages to the appropriate department.
- Logging all messages, visitor inquiries, and employee concerns.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and providing direction as needed.
- Preparing for meetings and managing office supplies inventory.
