Job Description
The Works and Rewards Analyst will support client projects at WTW’s Global Delivery Center. Responsibilities include conducting market pay benchmarking, data analysis, and drafting client reports. You will collaborate with consultants across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and organize data using Excel or WTW software
- Perform industry research and analysis
- Develop technical knowledge in rewards and compensation
- Manage timely delivery of work
