Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Specialists at OrbitOfficials. Your main responsibility will be to identify and address customers’ needs, providing effective solutions while maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and learn about our products.
- Maintain empathy and patience with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- At least 18 years old and a high school graduate.
- Conversant in English, available for onsite interviews.
Full-time position with a salary up to Php26,00/month.
