Job Description
De Los Santos Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Releasing Clerk to process and manage release test results, records, and ancillary services documentation. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate records, while facilitating effective communication between departments and with patients.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies used are properly maintained.
- Handling clerical tasks such as patient registration, charging, requisition, and HMO approval.
- Monitoring all laboratory results for patients.
- Responding to inquiries and other communications efficiently.
