Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team at The Hiring Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting office guests, performing general clerical duties, and managing calendars and appointments. Your tasks will include answering phone calls, handling correspondence, maintaining office databases, and ordering supplies. You will also assist with basic bookkeeping and ensure that our office environment is welcoming and efficient.
This is a full-time position with a pay starting from Php610.00 per day and requires an 8-hour shift.
