Job Description
Joy-Nostalg is seeking a qualified Village Administrator responsible for overseeing unit turnover, ensuring quality property acceptance, and assisting homeowners with a smooth move-in experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor unit acceptance inspections.
- Supervise homeowner orientation.
- Resolve warranty complaints.
- Ensure utilities are connected.
- Conduct HOA meetings.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business or engineering.
- 3-5 years in property management.
- Excellent communication skills.
