Job Description
Adamco is seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any relevant field. We welcome applicants with 1-2 years of IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience, as well as fresh graduates eager to launch their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
