Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO MAKATI as a Customer Support Specialist!
Your key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted)
- College graduates without BPO experience are welcome
