Job Description
The Customer Service Officer provides essential Frontline and Backroom Technical and Customer service support to Apple Customers at Power Mac Center as part of our After Sales service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily over-the-counter activities efficiently.
- Screen and receive customer products for post-sales service.
- Provide accurate feedback to technical inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints for pre- and after-sale transactions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably IT-related).
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Abreeza Mall, Davao.
