Job Description
Southern Processing Corporation is seeking an HR Coordinator to assist in various HR functions. Responsibilities include supporting the recruitment process, managing new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and handling employee inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous HR experience is preferred but entry-level candidates are welcome. This is a full-time position offering paid training and a 13th month salary.
