Job Description
Join Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) as an Airline Reservations Assistant! We are seeking candidates with good English communication skills. High school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/senior high school graduates are welcome to apply.
As an Airline Reservations Assistant, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction regarding our products and services. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with account management, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.
This is a full-time and permanent position with a salary range of Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid training, and performance bonuses.
