Job Description
Laus Group of Companies | Laus Auto Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Job Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality repairs. Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing inventory, preparing productivity reports, and test driving vehicles for quality checks. Effective communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are essential.
Applicants should have relevant automotive industry experience and hold a TESDA NC II in Automotive Servicing. A valid non-professional driver’s license is required.
Job Type: Full-time. Benefits include a company Christmas gift, promotion opportunities, and a 13th-month salary.
