Job Description
THE MOMENT GROUP OF RESTAURANT is seeking a Customer Engagement Officer. In this role, you will capture feedback from guests across various channels and collaborate with Operations, PR, and Legal to ensure a seamless feedback loop.
Responsibilities include interacting with guests, resolving feedback, and maintaining updated information. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Php25,00.00 to Php35,00.00, employee discounts, and staff meals.
