Job Description
A Fitness Coach is a health, exercise, and wellness coach responsible for helping their clients achieve their goals for physical fitness. They are in charge of planning and supervising workout regimens, coaching clients on proper exercise form, and tracking fitness and performance goals over time.
Fitness Coach duties and responsibilities:
- Creating personalized workout routines to improve muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
- Setting fitness goals and monitoring clients’ progress.
- Recommending a nutritionist to provide dietary advice and creating meal plans for clients to follow a healthy eating regimen.
- Instructing clients on the proper use of gym equipment.
Fitness Coach skills and qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and cater to client needs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate clients’ availability.
- Thorough understanding of dietary procedures that enhance clients’ health.
- Excellent knowledge of gym equipment usage and effective training techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php12,500.00 per month
