Job Description
I. Job Summary:
Assist and support the Facilities Management and Credit and Collection Department in managing office facilities and meeting the needs of our internal clients.
II. Essential Job Functions:
- Regular checking of facilities
- Implement cleaning and checking of admin personnel as per standards
- Conduct banking deposits and transactions
- File and scan various documents
- Monitor office supplies
- Manage in-house assets release and monitoring
