Job Description
Hap Suy Hardware Co., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will assess trade area readiness and secure prime locations for Powerhouse Stores. Responsibilities include preparing market development plans, negotiating leases, and managing contract signings.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key. You will assist with store openings, conduct audits, and handle real estate tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php 16,770.00 per month
Benefits: Employee discount, flextime, on-site parking, promotion opportunities, and paid training.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift.
