Job Description
Join the Operations team at Shopee, where we oversee the complete operational process from product search to delivery. We are looking for a Returns & Refunds Process Improvement Specialist to lead high-impact projects that enhance the customer service experience. Your responsibilities will include identifying gaps, driving business improvements, and implementing strategies with minimal disruption. To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree, 4-5 years of work experience (including 2-3 years in project management), and excellent communication skills. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
