Job Description
Global Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled Medical Coder to join our team. This position requires independent decision-making in accurate ICD-10-CM code assignments to ensure proper reimbursement for home care agencies.
Essential Functions:
- Review and abstract clinical information from home health OASIS.
- Assign correct ICD-10 codes and determine viable diagnoses.
- Follow government and payer guidelines for coding procedures.
- Maintain a minimum productivity of 15-18 records per day with 95% accuracy.
- Demonstrate quality and integrity in coding practices.
Job Type: Full-time | Schedule: 8-hour shift
