Job Description
We are seeking top-quality, skilled, and hardworking individuals to join our growing work-from-home team at SMA Support Services.
Position: Team Leader
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years in the BPO industry, with at least 3 years as a Team Lead preferred. Exceptional English communication and multitasking abilities are a must. Experience in Customer Service and appointment setting is a plus. Must be willing to work the graveyard shift and start training immediately.
