Job Description
Sterling Pacific Ventures Corporation is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Assistant to monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs. The ideal candidate will track orders, ensure timely delivery, and maintain internal databases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors
- Conduct market research
- Negotiate prices with vendors
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain records of invoices and contracts
- Liaise with warehouse staff
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, with at least 2 years of experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
