- Assist the CRM Manager in developing strategies to enhance customer relationships.
- Oversee daily CRM projects ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze customer data for improvement opportunities.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) for CRM effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on CRM activities.
- Lead and manage a team of CRM professionals.
- Collaborate with departments for optimal customer experiences.
- Contribute to strategic CRM plans.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate in Engineering, Marketing, or Business.
- 1-5 years of experience in CRM within the automotive industry.
- Strong CRM system and data analysis knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
