Job Description
JS UNITRADE MERCHANDISE is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support. The role involves efficiently recording transactions and reconciling accounts in accordance with established policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and distribute approved OR to AR Staff
- Daily check for HB Posting and resolve items
- Consolidate Itinerary Report and PO Inventory
- Prepare weekly Aging Report and Sales Summary Report
- Conduct monthly Bank Reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
- 2-3 years experience in AR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
