Job Description
ANC+ Group of Companies – Kia Sta. Rosa is seeking a qualified Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure operations align with the company’s vision and values.
- Plan, organize, and control all departmental activities and budget.
- Manage the Service Department to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Conduct ocular inspections of service operations and engage with staff to address any operational needs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive relationship with clients.
- Perform marketing activities to promote our services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies.
