Job Description
Accounts Available:
Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact to minimize call transfers.
- Match customer needs to Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize persuasion skills to handle objections and gain customer commitment.
- Share vital information with internal and external clients.
