Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO Makati as a Chat Support Specialist! You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues for satisfaction, and maintain accurate interaction records.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months BPO experience or College graduate
