Job Description
IG Evolution Corporation is seeking a dedicated Admin and Finance Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage overall cash handling and expense monitoring, which includes the purchasing of supplies, maintaining receipts, and ensuring a proper cash balance.
Key responsibilities include processing payment requests for the Finance & Accounting Department, providing general administrative support, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in administration. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
