Job Description

Join the Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS) team as a Technical Support Specialist. We are seeking candidates with good English communication skills, including high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior high school graduates. Apply if you are ready to start ASAP and can work on-site with a shifting schedule.

Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues related to products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must have at least 3 months of BPO experience.

We offer full-time, permanent positions with a monthly salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php28,00.00 and a variety of benefits.
