Job Description
Job Purpose: The Teacher’s Sales Agent is responsible for achieving loan targets and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio through relationship management and account servicing.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify and maintain desirable loan accounts.
- Implement marketing strategies for loan origination.
- Gather and assess loan documents for credit evaluation.
- Determine suitable funding structures for clients.
- Conduct proactive account monitoring.
- Provide input for policy improvements.
Qualifications: 4-year college graduate, with or without experience. Preferably with a motorcycle and license, willing to work in the field.
