Job Description
We are seeking a multi-skilled Operations Specialist at RELX who excels in learning agility and adapting to rapidly changing business needs. This role will involve exposure to various operations environments and a chance to engage with new products and business units. Initial assignments will be project-based and may last several months, with opportunities for career development within dedicated teams or rotational assignments across RELX businesses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Availability for any time zone shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in dealing with customers
- Strong organizational skills
