Job Description
Join our team at Zeno Business Solutions as a Billing Operations Supervisor, where you will oversee the Billing Operations team to ensure accurate and timely billing processes. Responsibilities include supervising order entry, invoicing, customer account reconciliation, and query resolution.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 5+ years of supervising experience; strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Php60.00 – Php90.00 per month. Benefits include remote work options and performance bonuses.
