Job Description
IT By Design, a global IT infrastructure management company, is seeking a skilled L1-L2 Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, application and printer support, and managing Active Directory users.
Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT help desk role, with strong communication skills and the ability to work night shifts on-site in Taguig City.
We offer competitive pay (Php35,00 – Php45,00), benefits including 13th-month pay, performance bonuses, and health insurance from day one.
