Job Description
Work location: Pasay
Salary & Benefits: PHP 200,00 – PHP 250,00 per month (negotiable), 13th month pay, vacation leave, sick leave, other paid leaves, birthday leave, HMO coverage (inpatient and outpatient care), clothing allowance, admin company vehicle and car plan, birthday gift check, education assistance for up to 2 children.
The Head of F&B will report directly to the Founder & CEO and will be responsible for managing the group’s food and beverage business units in Central Visayas and the NCR, Philippines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; postgraduate studies will be considered.
- Proven leadership capabilities with at least 10 years of working experience in a senior management role.
- At least 4 years of proven performance record as Group Director/Manager of F&B or equivalent in reputable and upscale food and beverage brands in the Philippines.
- Experience in 4-5 star full-service hotels, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen; highly effective in maintaining high-level operational standards while managing costs.
- Strong leadership skills in people engagement and relations, development and retention, organizational culture, inclusion, and diversity.
- Excellent motivator and communicator.
- Fitted in a fast growth and dynamic business environment.
- Can-do, will-do attitude, and a hands-on person.
