Job Description
Join our team, as we are currently hiring Call Center Agents for Virtual Interviews (One Day Hiring).

Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers or clients and address their questions or concerns.
- Make outgoing calls to follow up on customer inquiries or market products or services.
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving complaints and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer information in the database and ensure its accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow company-provided scripts or guidelines to handle calls effectively.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- College Graduate
- Open for High School Graduates with at least 1 month BPO experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
