Job Description
In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing calls in a dynamic call center environment. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements: High School Diploma, prior call center experience, familiarity with medical terminology, strong communication skills, and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php 25,00, along with benefits like health insurance, paid training, and promotion opportunities. Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City on a shifting schedule.
