Job Description
We are seeking an IT Intern to join our team in Alabang! As the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, you will perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions for various issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through phone or email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document problems and solutions in our ticketing tool.
- Update customers on ticket status.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Must have a positive attitude and good analytical skills.
- Knowledge of PHP, backend, SQL, and interface design preferred.
- No prior experience necessary.
