Job Description
- Create and publish job ads in various job portals such as but not limited to Job Street, Indeed, Jora, social media like Facebook, etc.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during job events.
- Screen resumes/CVs and job applications based on the qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Always maintain a good relationship with all the applicants.
- Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. Ensure that all recruitment documents are complete and timely submitted.
- Conduct and facilitate recruitment orientation to all applicants.
- Show versatility and promptness in performing other tasks directed and assigned by the Recruitment Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related courses
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role that included interviewing, screening, and tracking candidates through the entire hiring process.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical roles and job requirements.
- Good time management skills
