Job Description
We are currently seeking compassionate and driven individuals to join our Healthcare Account team at SGS PH – Sapient BPO Global. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with inquiries about healthcare services and appointments.
- Resolve issues related to claims and billing.
- Support healthcare providers to facilitate patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
