Job Description
Minimum Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our Estate Planning team. Responsibilities include researching and scheduling speaking opportunities, managing intake calls, automating email communications, and entering data into our CRM (Clio). Additionally, the candidate will perform follow-up communications with clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants should have a background in Estate Planning, experience with CRM systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Customer service, marketing experience, and at least one year as a Virtual Assistant are required. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and on-site in Parañaque.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
