Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Restaurant Management Trainee to assist the Restaurant Management Team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will lead and coach Restaurant Team Members, providing leadership during in-store emergencies and challenges.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and leadership qualities are essential. Flexibility in schedule is a must.
