Job Description
The Quezon City General Hospital is seeking a dedicated Social Worker I to join our team. You will be responsible for conducting patient interviews, assessing eligibility for MSS assistance, providing counseling, and preparing referral letters. Additionally, you will attend to patients’ medical needs, record progress notes, and perform other related duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Social Worker
- With valid license
Salary: Php 24,816.00
Status of Employment: Contract of Service
