Job Description
Join Borland Development Corporation as a Broker’s Coordinator! In this role, you will collaborate with lead brokers to achieve sales targets, prepare annual reports, analyze performance, and develop marketing strategies. You will also organize events for brokers, conduct orientations, and train new sales agents.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent, 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication and mentoring skills, and a business-oriented mindset. Must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
