Job Description
NYC-Connection Car Reservation Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our fast-growing team in the Philippines. In this role, you will create and monitor reservations through phone and email, assist high-end clients with inbound and outbound support, assign jobs to drivers, and address client inquiries related to reservations.
Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work under pressure, 6 months to 1 year BPO experience, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, willingness to work shifts and holidays, and proficiency in computer skills.
