Job Description

Work Location: Robinsons Cyber Sigma Bldg., McKinley West, Taguig (Hybrid, 4 days Onsite)
Work Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Fixed Weekends OFF)
Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates in a high-volume, online-based recruiting environment.
- Collaborate with Staffing Managers for resume sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, job offers, and onboarding paperwork.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Amenable to working the Night Shift in a Hybrid setup.
