Job Description
Asurion is seeking a dedicated Service Desk Analyst 1 to deliver first-level support for end-user service requests and computing issues. This role will assist users from international offices, remote employees, and handle access to internal systems, as well as end-user devices.
The ideal candidate will work 24/7/365 to ensure end-user satisfaction, resolve incidents via phone and ticket portal, and collaborate with IT teams. Responsibilities include maintaining the knowledge base, improving process efficiencies, and staying updated on IT operations.
