Job Description
ANT COLONY is seeking motivated individuals to join our recruiting team on a commission-based structure. This role involves coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Team to establish requirements for open positions and promoting those vacancies through personal networks.
Responsibilities include endorsing at least one referral per month, sending updates via email, and uploading referrals through our portal. This part-time, temporary position requires a commitment of 20-30 hours per week over a 6-month contract.
Preferred candidates will have a Senior High School education and one year of recruiting experience.
