Job Description
- In charge of completing requirements for preventive maintenance for in-house and coordination if there is PMS outside.
- Arrange employees’ travel and accommodations.
- Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.
- Monitoring of vehicles master list and ensuring that all are renewed on time for both LTO and insurance.
- Responsible for renewal of business permits.
- Supervising the day-to-day tasks of the auto mechanic and the warehouse helper.
- Organize facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons (e.g., A/C technicians).
- Responsible for distributing PPE as needed (warehouse/delivery) and also to other branches.
