Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to 28k monthly as we mass hire Call Center Agents for our Metro sites.
Position Overview: As a Hotel Reservations Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations while providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations, inquiries, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information about hotels, rates, and policies.
- Process reservations efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain records of reservations and interactions.
