Job Description
WHO WE ARE:
Livebridge, Inc. is a BPO company that was established last June 2016. It is a customer interaction service that provides multi-channel communication as services for customer contact. It offers risk management, graphic designing, call management, account maintenance, customer service and technical support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field. (Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering)
- Strong Mathematical Background
- Good Communication Skills
- For Sports Traders with experience, knowledge in doing manual odds is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies schedules and correct creation of all games
- Monitors the percentages and bets of live games to adjust the market in the system
- Reviews mails and customer complaints related to incorrect results of the games
- Manually includes the results of the finalized games
- Willing to work on shifting schedules including holidays and weekends
- Willing to work at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
